It hardly seems that a trip to Ft. Myers Beach is complete without a visit to The Beached Whale, a fun Florida beach bar. The Beached Whale has great food, and the drinks are good and tropical. This Florida beach bar is also a great sports bar where you can catch your favorite team on one of the 20 flat screen TVs.
Happy hour is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. There are drink specials and appetizer specials. Now that is pretty special.
We have had our best times sitting at the roof top bar and surveying the street below. When the music starts at 10:00 PM, be prepared to hear some of the best bands in town and watch the goings on in Times Square from your "lookout view" at this Florida beach bar. Beached Whale really rocks at nighttime.
