Sandbar Sports Grill is located on the world famous Cocoa Beach. The Sandbar is a small but mighty Florida beach bar. There is an indoor restaurant that looks like a combination of an old fashioned diner and an old beach bar. The outside bar is shaded by umbrellas, and it is inviting as well.
The Sandbar is the home of the fish taco. The Sandbar is also famous for their Category 5 Hurricane drinks. Can you handle one? However, we found the meatball sub to be outstanding.
During season this Florida beach bar has live entertainment daily. During the off season there is live music on the weekends and maybe on Tuesday afternoon. Regardless of the music schedule, this little beach bar packs people in with their atmosphere and good food and drink.
This Florida beach bar is a great place to relax after a hot day on Cocoa Beach. Or you can just plant yourselves at the Sandbar and enjoy a cold beverage.
