Sarasota Florida, May 13, 2013 -After thousands of votes were cast and tabulated; Florida Beach Bar is pleased to present the Top 10 Florida Beach Bars for 2013. Sarasota Florida, March 19, 2013 - FloridaBeachBar.com announced today the launch of the third annual Best Florida Beach competition to determine the state’s Top 10 beach bars for 2013. Visitors to the company’s web site pick their favorite from a list of over 250 bars. Florida Beach Bar, a Sarasota Florida based company, announced today the official launch of its online Florida beach bar directory offering detailed maps, listings and reviews of the state’s best beach bars. The site, FloridaBeachBar.com, is the work of John and Chris Sancin of Sarasota. These beach bar enthusiasts have visited over 200 beach bars around Florida’s Gulf and Atlantic coasts since the project began in August of this year...Go To Complete Release

John is a founder and partner of Florida Beach Bar. Prior to creating Florida Beach Bar, John served as the President and COO of several computer software companies including Cyber Patrol, Pest Patrol, and Certus International. Before moving to Florida from Cleveland, Ohio in 2004, John ran his own marketing company, Market.al. There he worked with businesses of all sizes to develop business and marketing plans. Clients included Harley-Davidson, International Computer Security Association, and Branson Creek.
John is the author of "Surfing Among the Cyber Sharks" and "The Incredible Shrinking Computer".

Chris is a native New Englander who was born in Providence, Rhode Island and grew up in Needham, Massachusetts. She worked for Digital Equipment Corporation as a marketing specialis,t and after moving to Cleveland, joined Scripps Howard Broadcasting Company as assistant to the Vice President of Broadcasting. In 1989, Chris started The Flavor of Ohio, a retail gift store that sold only products about Ohio or made in Ohio. She eventually sold the business and moved to Sarasota, Florida in 2004. Chris worked for a mortgage company for the first four years she lived in Florida prior to starting Florida Beach Bar.
