Sam's on the Beach in Hudson, Florida is a great beach bar. Sam's sits on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico, and you can see channel markers forever. As far as the eye can see, there are channel markers. Also, there is a lot of boat traffic within the markers to keep you interested and wondering if the boaters caught their quota of fish or got a sunburn or just had a really great day boating.
The food at Sam's is good. Florida Beach Bar had the ribs, and we were happy. A bit spicy for one of us, but they are good. Of course, Sam's has a thatched tiki bar. The bar was full of happy, happy hour people enjoying a drink before sunset.
The view of the Gulf of Mexico is beautiful and a bit different from the typical beach bar views. You can catch live entertainment at this Florida beach bar on Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sundays you can catch some afternoon entertainment from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You might even catch some entertainment on Saturday afternoons.
All of this, makes Sam's Beach Bar a fun Florida beach bar with all the ingredients for a great time.
