We realized that every time we walked by the Conch Republic on the Historic Seaport in Key West that there was live music playing. To us live music means it's a Florida beach bar.

The food at Conch Republic is of a Caribbean flair with lots of fresh seafood. Three sides of the Conch Republic are open and the smells and sounds of a fun restaurant spill out on to the docks.
So, here you have a good sized restaurant with a large bar and some outside seating. You have bands that play every day and on the weekends they play twice a day. The atmosphere leans more towards a restaurant that is interested in turning tables and selling food.
