Paradise Bar and Grill is located in the center of the Paradise Inn motel in Pensacola Beach. Paradise Inn is a single story, classic style Florida motel. This Florida beach bar is a great little find. Paradise Inn Bar and Grill was rated a Top 10 Florida Beach Bar in 2011 and 2013. It was selected as Best Waterside Beach Bar for 2012.
So, you have your motel on the left and the right and in the middle is the bar and grill. Paradise Inn is an old Florida style motel. You can park your car right outside your door and walk a few feet to the bar and grill. Walk a few more feet and you are "toes in the sand" " on the Santa Rosa Sound side of the island. Spending a night here is more like hanging out with old friends than it is a typical beach bar.
Paradise Bar and Grill is steps away from sand and tables in the sand. You can enjoy your meal and a cold drink and listen to some great music. Renee, the general manager, manages to get some of the best bands in Florida to play at Paradise Bar and Grill. The bands are often traveling from Orlando to New Orleans and they will stop and play at this great Florida beach bar.
In less than 24 hours we heard 4 great bands. Just to name a few, One Jamaican, 30X90 Blueswomen and Tulli Brae.
Also nestled in the sand are some tiki umbrellas with tables and chairs. There are two bars and there is lots of seating around the bar. Sitting at the bar is the best way to make new friends and chat it up with the bartender. Dawn, is just one of the super bartenders at Paradise Bar and Grill.
There is dockage for boats, and you will find them rafted out on a busy day. People enjoy swimming just off shore of this Florida beach bar.
Fred Simmons is the owner of this great bar and grill. When he was a young man his father told him to "build a house on the water and near the road and be a friend to mankind". Fred has done just that with his Florida beach bar.
Don't miss this beach bar. It is truly one of the best in Florida.
